These weeks were more of the same: hard workouts on the bags and with the bands. Tomorrow is the official start of the ten week challenge. I'm supposed to show up at 8 for class, then get measured, weighed and test my sit-ups, push-ups, and one mile run. I can tell you right now, the mile run is gonna SUCK!
