Going...

Quick update:  Lost 4.2 for a total of 10.4 in 3 weeks.  I really don't deprive myself, but I don't eat (and drink full calorie sodas and juices) as much as I did.  I've always known that portion-control is key, but weighing in and tracking points is really helping me stay focused.

Yay!
