Day of Reckoning

I have to weigh in tomorrow, and I've been overindulging this week.  I packed a light lunch for work:  1/2 sandwich, a cucumber, some grapes and an orange.  I hope this will kick my body into "let's get rid of some junk so Stephanie can chalk up a loss for four weeks in a row" mode.
