And here we are! First week of super sets in the rear-view mirror. Super sets SUCK! They're used to achieve muscle failure and I'm so spent afterward. Kickboxing days are so much easier, in my opinion.
I'm still closely sticking to the nutrition plan as well as attending class six days per week. Several people have mentioned that they can see me changing. I can see some, but I'm looking for better results. We're getting closer to the 10-week finish line and I can hardly believe how quickly it's gone.
