So, here goes the (community) college try! I signed up and am logging all my food, no matter how badly I eat at any given time. The support there is wonderful and there is scads of information on every health topic that comes to mind.
I've also ordered some workout DVDs in the push to ignite my "get up and go" with the hopes it hasn't gotten up and went!
I'm also enlisting (insert deity here) for help getting a day shift position. I've applied and am waiting for a call for an interview. This could only help, especially if my brain and body become reacquainted with a "normal" schedule. *fingers crossed*
