Week #1

Even though it was Thanksgiving and I ate some candy and chips during the week, I still lost 3.4 pounds!  Yay me!!!

I notice I feel markedly better when I don't eat junk food.  Luckily, most of it is gone from the house (after our junk-food shopping spree the week before).  Now if that pumpkin roll would just go away...
